38 yo male with a chief complaint of bilateral headaches associated with nausea, blurred vision, tinnitus, trouble swallowing, and photophobia. They are worsened by stress and hypoglycemia.  Symptoms began after a craniotomy for a cavernoma.  He was left with a right hemiparesis.  He has a second complaint of right shoulder pain associated with a flaccid RUE. Cold stress sympathetic skin response thermology showed an asymmetry pattern over frontal and maxillary aspect of the face, anterior strap.
